Luxury Empire Group accepts returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, contact us at 929-766-5445 with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.

Sale items and final-sale products are not eligible for return unless defective.
